Attire is formal—but make it fun.Think colorful, comfortable, and ready to party. Long or short dresses are totally cool! Suits and ties are on brand, tuxedos are not necessary! Our ceremony is planned for outdoors (weather permitting), so ladies, keep in mind your heels may be making friends with the grass. A block heel, wedge, or dressy flat might be your best bet.​Cocktail hour will be inside the mansion ballroom and reception in the tent. We love bold colors, vibrant patterns, and outfits that make you feel amazing. But really....where whatever the hell you want!The only color we'd ask you to avoid is white... because wearing white to someone else's wedding is weird.

Yes! Floriana has plenty of on-site parking available for guests.That said, if you plan to take full advantage of the open bar (and we hope you do!), we highly encourage using the transportation we've arranged. There is public parking available near the dock where the boat departs.Since it's a summer Saturday in downtown Newburyport, parking can fill up quickly. We recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot. If you're staying nearby, taking an Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare is a great option.If you're staying at the Essex Street Inn, Garrison Inn, or another downtown hotel, we definitely recommend walking—it's an easy stroll to the dock!Most importantly... don't miss the boat! 🚤We've included a map below with an X marking the exact departure location.
